Ayurvedic Herbal Infusion for a Happy Gut and Glowing Skin

  3. Strain and Sip: Strain the mixture to remove the solids, pour it into a cup and drink lukewarm on an empty stomach. Store the remaining drink in a thermos and sip it throughout the day.
